ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
By placing an order with BeerBods you are confirming that you are 18 or older. It is illegal to attempt to buy alcohol if you are under the age of 18.
When you give BeerBods your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card to order from us.
All payments made to BeerBods on our website are managed securely by Stripe.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order. If this happens we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Unhappy with our service or with a beer we’ve sent you? Want a refund and/or to return your beer? We won’t ever quibble. Just give us a call on 01905 841 473 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort you out. It usually takes 2 to 3 days to process refunds.
Delivery is included in all of our prices. We think it's just easier and fairer that way.
We use a 24 hour or 48 hour delivery service using Parcelforce.
If your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. Delivery takes place when products are left at your delivery address or with someone else in accordance with your instructions.
PRODUCTS AND PROMOTIONS
Any promotions, discounts or vouchers are single use only and not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw products offered by us and that are displayed on our website without notice.
When you give a friend, family member or colleague a discount code to use, we will give you both a £3 credit on your next subscription payment.
